"Yes,
After our trip, one of the first things I did was file a complaint with the Headquarters of this chain. Nice place, Clean rooms, Maid service was great. The women at the front counter, not helpful!
I didnt get my reservation I asked for nor was she able to accomadate my needs. (reserved a non-smoking room and got stuck with smoking)."
